You Canβt See It. But We All Feel It.
β You share an idea and keep getting interrupted, so you stop speaking up
β Everyone nods in agreement, but no one's actually in alignment
β The tough conversations get avoided, and unresolved tension keeps building
These arenβt isolated incidents.
THEYβRE SYMPTOMS OF A BIGGER PROBLEM.
INVISIBLE FRICTIONβ’
The quiet cost of human disconnection.
It's what happens when people stop trusting each other and start protecting themselves. Small moments of disconnection build up between peopleβespecially during times of change, pressure, or uncertainty.
When it compounds, people stop feeling safe, seen and heard.
The Hidden Cost of Disconnection
WHEN PEOPLE DONβT FEEL SAFE, SEEN AND HEARD:
Collaboration slows down when you need it most
Innovation stalls because people don't take risks
Trust erodes between teams, and good people disengage
The outcomes youβre working toward become harder to achieve.
Disconnection directly impacts your bottom line. Fully connected companies are 38.7% more profitable than disconnected ones.
More training doesnβt fix this. Moments do.
I Help You Turn Everyday Interactions Into Ripple Effect Moments.

People show up differently. They contribute, they stay, and they create ripple effects that reach far beyond themselves.
The Start a Ripple Postcard Movement
MOST KEYNOTES INSPIRE YOU FOR A DAY. WEβLL CREATE A RIPPLE EFFECT THAT LASTS FOREVER.
During my keynotes, attendees don't just listenβthey connect. First with each other through a powerful partner exercise. Then with someone outside the room who changed their life.
They write postcards to that personβa mentor, manager, teacher, friendβand I mail them on their behalf. But here's where it gets powerful: each postcard includes a QR code so recipients can order their own free postcards and continue the movement.
Since August 2024:
Weβve shared over 5,000 postcards reaching people in 40 states and 9 countries.
Event planners tell me it's one of the moments attendees remember most. A moment that turns your event into a movement reaching thousands of other people you'll never even meet.
How Weβll Work Together
Each keynote program creates value not just for your ERG members, but for employees and leaders across the entire organization. Weβll work together to promote it internally and make sure itβs an event your people talk about long after itβs over.
FOR LEADERSHIP TEAMS
-
In a world where disconnection, mistrust, and stagnation are widespread, the biggest problem isnβt a lack of effortβitβs a lack of awareness of how much impact each person can have. Too often, individuals underestimate the ripple effects of their choices, focusing only on immediate outcomes. But what if the way you show up in a single moment could change everythingβfor your team, your organization, or even the next generation? This keynote flips that perspective, offering a powerful framework for amplifying the impact of everyday actions. Through surprising stories, actionable insights, and practical tools, audiences will learn how to unlock the potential of their seemingly small decisions to create ripples of trust, collaboration, and growth across their organizations, teams, and communities.
FOR BUILDING BELONGING
-
Belonging isnβt built by big initiatives aloneβitβs created in the small, everyday moments where people feel seen, heard, and valued. But when those moments are missed, something else builds in their place: Invisible Frictionβ’βthe quiet tension, mistrust, and disconnection that quietly erode culture and collaboration. In this keynote, Chris Rollins helps audiences Make Moments Matter by showing how small, intentional actionsβlike genuine check-ins, active listening, and empathyβcan create ripple effects of trust and inclusion. Through powerful stories and a simple framework, participants learn how to build a culture where everyone feels like they belong.
FOR CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS
-
Trust is at an all-time low in workplaces, but rebuilding it doesnβt require sweeping changes or elaborate programs. It starts with simple, consistent actions that demonstrate respect, curiosity, and empathy. What if the key to transforming your team wasnβt a big initiative, but small, intentional ripples that build trust, one moment at a time? This keynote challenges the myth that trust is built only through grand gestures, focusing instead on the small, daily choices that create safety and connection. From the way we communicate in meetings to how we handle conflict, every action sends a signal to our teams. This talk breaks down the specific, replicable behaviors that build high-trust environments, giving leaders and team members the tools they need to transform dynamics and drive collaboration.
βOur team left not just inspired, but GENUINELY CHANGED in how we show up for each other. He RESHAPED the way we lead every day.β

Letβs Be Honest
THE WORLD DOESNβT NEED ANOTHER LEADERSHIP FRAMEWORK.
What it needs are leaders who understand that small moments matter more than big sweeping initiatives. I know what it's like to sit in a room and wonder if it's safe to speak upβand I've experienced how one person choosing connection over judgment can change a life.
As the SVP of Organizational Development, I heard the same stories over and over: people would come to me frustrated by frictionβmoments where they felt dismissed, overlooked, misunderstood. But here's the thing: no one else in the room even knew it happened. The friction was invisible to everyone except the person experiencing it.
After 15 years working with organizations, I've learned that you influence more than you realize and leadership happens in the small moments you choose to make matter.
So I don't give leaders another framework to memorize. I create experiences where people see themselvesβand their influenceβdifferently. Through vulnerable storytelling, powerful ideas, and connection inside the room, people start using what they learn in their very next meeting, their next conversation, and their next moment with their team.
