But the impact didn't stay in those rooms.

Across all these companies and conferences, people sent HUNDREDS of postcards and messages to those who weren’t in the room, to let them know how deeply they’d shaped someone’s life.

Mentors.
Coaches.
Grandparents.
Former teachers.
Childhood friends.

People who may have no idea that a moment of kindness or BELIEF decades ago is still creating waves.

Each postcard causing a ripple.
Each postcard causing a tiny disturbance.

Creating a transfer of energy to shape a more thoughtful, connected, and hopeful world.
